Senior Product Designer

What You’ll Do

• Own the

  end-to-end design process,

  from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with the

  AI, product, and sales teams

  to turn complex automation and analytics capabilities into clear, usable experiences.
• Design interfaces for our

  AI agents, dashboards, and configuration tools

  used by healthcare providers and administrators
• Conduct

  user research

  with healthcare and RCM professionals to understand workflows, pain points, and behavioral nuances.
• Establish and evolve

  CombineHealth’s design system

  , ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent translates into high-quality implementation.
• Push for

  clarity, simplicity, explainability and empathy

  in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in

  B2B SaaS, AI, or data-heavy products

  .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  interaction design, and visual design

  .
• Experience designing complex systems or tools (e.g., dashboards, workflows, admin panels).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. High agency is highly valuable for us.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can articulate the why behind your design decisions.
• Bonus: Experience/Interest in

  healthcare, RCM, or enterprise AI tools
