About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Consultant with deep domain

expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain

Management (SCM), and Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play

a critical role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERP or supply chain

solutions to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across procurement,

supply chain, manufacturing, and sales functions.

 Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for

ERP/SaaS/SCM products.

 Provide end-to-end consulting support on P2P, O2C, and SCM processes.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and

vendors.

 Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to recommend improvements.

 Configure and support ERP/Supply Chain/Manufacturing modules as per

business needs.

 Support UAT, training, documentation, and go-live activities.

 Monitor post-implementation issues and provide resolution support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 8–12 years of relevant experience in business consulting or ERP

implementation in manufacturing and supply chain domain.

 Proven expertise in P2P, O2C, SCM, and Manufacturing processes.

 Hands-on experience in any of the leading ERP systems like SAP, Oracle,

Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or Netsuite.

 Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing practices and compliance.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 ERP certification (SAP MM/PP/SD, Oracle SCM, etc.) is a plus.

 Experience working in industrial manufacturing or automotive sector.

 Exposure to digital transformation projects in supply chain or manufacturing.
