Job Description

You have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Procurement Professional with 10-12 years of experience in the Procurement Function for US & UK Geographies. Candidates with prior experience in the Aviation and Hospitality industries will be highly preferred for this role. Your prior experience in sourcing and dealing with US & UK suppliers will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your effective negotiating and influencing skills for strategic sourcing, supplier identification, negotiations, time to market, and cost-effective purchases. - Demonstrate your understanding of supply chain concepts and apply those follow-on strategies in your work. - Create and manage value strategies, RFPs, negotiations, and contracts while developing strategic partnerships with suppliers. - Work closely with internal Unifi customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, product/service requirements, and broader operational processes. - Provide transition support of processes by bringing in shared service-specific knowledge and best practices for smooth implementation and execution. - Actively participate in all migration and deployment activities, including training material preparation and delivery, service rehearsal testing, go-live readiness, and support structure establishment. - Ensure that the overall delivery of services to customers meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined within a strong internal control framework. - Create a mindset of innovation aimed at constantly challenging the norm to drive business value. Qualifications Required: - Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Hands-on experience in accounting ERPs is a must with good knowledge across the Procurement Function. - Comprehension of business contract structure. - Business understanding, particularly in project management, early supplier involvement, total cost management, and financial analysis. - Ability to think strategically, taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems. - Result-oriented with a high level of motivation for self-growth, along with the drive for growing team members and the overall organization. - Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources. - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively. - Experience working in the Aviation and Hospitality industries will be an added advantage.
