Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel. Experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of processes within the B&L team. Provide support in managing billing and settlements activities efficiently. Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately. Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in billing and settlements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Monitor and track account management activities for acquirers. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel. Have experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Show proficiency in preparing financial reports and statements. Display effective communication and collaboration skills. Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
