Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Process Associate, located in Sas Nagar. The Senior Process Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing and coding processes, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, and handling various tasks such as medical coding, eligibility verification, prior authorization, claims submission, denial management, accounts receivable collections, and payment posting. The role also entails liaising with healthcare providers, working on process improvements, and providing excellent customer service.
