Key Responsibilities

Assist with reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and inquiries.

Resolve complaints and process requests via chat/email.

Adhere to quality standards in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.​

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or UG dropouts.

Excellent English (written/spoken), typing speed, computer proficiency.

Flexible for night shifts; 5 days working, 2 rotational offs.​
