IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon is a drone manufacturing company (www.iotechworld.com) and is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our team in building next-generation Drone solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer with solid experience in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up and debugging.

Key Responsibilities

● Multilayer PCB layout designs up to 6-12 Layer in mixed signal design.

• Experience on High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
• Experience to handle BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques,
• Knowledge on all latest Interfaces like USB, ETHERNET,CAN etc.
• Knowledge in differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, etc.
• Knowledge of constraints and use of the constraint manager.
• Knowledge in minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
• Experience in DFM & DFA Analysis & Gerber & ODB ++ Checking.
• Experienced in IPC standard.
• Experience in schematic Designing.
• Experience in Schematic symbols and PCB footprint approvals.
• Experience in schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
• Experience in schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customers.
• Experience in development of PCB vendors and coordination for PCB manufacturing related issues.
• Experience in board bring ups, debugging and testing.
• Experience in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI communication etc. is preferred.
• Experience in approval of BOM and its releases.
• Experience in component selection for schematic designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.

Required Skills

● Proven track record of 10+ successful production level PCB in market.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Third party vendor interaction and review of work.
• Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.

● 10+ years of experience

● B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication,
