Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer

As a Senior Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer at Subculture Studios in Mumbai, you will be responsible for designing professional-grade audio electronics. Your primary focus will be on creating complex multilayer PCBs for audio devices, incorporating cutting-edge analog and digital circuitry. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing innovation and maintaining the high quality standards of our brand. Working closely with electrical engineers, you will collaborate on circuit design and prototyping, ensuring the integration of analog and digital signal paths with a keen eye on noise performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing designs for manufacturability and serviceability, reviewing schematics, validating layouts, and providing support for testing and debugging processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB design, with a preference for experience in audio or high-performance electronics. Demonstrated expertise in analog circuit design, signal integrity, and grounding strategies is essential, along with a solid understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles. Proficiency in industry-standard PCB tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle is required, as well as familiarity with audio technologies and product development cycles. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, be comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
