Job Description

The Senior Principal Manager-Technologist will be responsible for overseeing the entire Support Services-Applications-CTB team, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the departments goals are met. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire and guide a team of technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Expertise in application development, maintenance, and support, with a deep understanding of technology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in project management or relevant technologies are an advantage.
A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated with industry advancements.

Lead and manage the Support Services-Applications-CTB department, providing strategic vision and direction.
Ensure efficient and effective operations within the department, optimizing processes and resources.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
