Senior Pricing Manager

A leading private life insurance company in India is offering an exciting opportunity in its Actuarial Product Pricing & Development team. The organization is part of a well-established financial services group and is known for its strong market presence and commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Review product specs and ensure pricing aligns with internal and regulatory standards
• Prepare filing documents and respond to IRDAI/PMC queries
• Conduct pricing analysis for individual and group products
• Develop Excel models and macros for premium generation and profit testing
• Support system setup for new product launches
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other key teams
• Stay updated on IRDAI regulations and guidelines
• Contribute to other actuarial functions as needed
• Manage team and ensure a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualified Actuary or Nearly qualified actuary with 13-14 papers
