Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Planning & Control (PPC) Head to lead the PPC function at our Sikandrabad unit. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of expertise in PPC, preferably in the automotive industry, and proven ability to manage large-scale production planning, shop-floor coordination, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PPC function to ensure seamless production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business targets.
• Drive capacity planning, material requirement planning (MRP), and resource allocation.
• Monitor production timelines, ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, production, quality, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Optimize production efficiency by reducing costs, controlling inventory, and improving productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and safety norms.
• Lead and mentor a team of PPC executives and planners.
• Provide periodic reports to senior management on production efficiency, material utilization, and delivery performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Automotive / precision engineering industry background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing practices, and inventory control techniques.
• Age: 45 – 50 years.
