Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the existing user base, licenses, profiles, and user information within the Salesforce platform. Your duties will include handling daily administration and support of cases within Salesforce, providing technical support to power users, logging and managing identified problems through to resolution, and creating and maintaining documentation on best practice processes, policies, application configuration, and development of user guide materials. You will be administering the Salesforce implementation to support a global user base, offering L2 support for the platform, supporting user queries and training on new functionalities launched monthly by the development team. Additionally, you will support all aspects of user and license management, data migrations, data loading requests, integration with other applications and downstream systems, troubleshooting and resolving user issues, and managing projects following agile best practices for application development. In this role, you will execute Salesforce configuration changes, stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases, identify underutilized platform features, establish best practices, maintain documentation, and suggest improvements. You will be working within a large, global organization, in a Scrum/Agile environment, and with CI/CD processes. Your problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, and ability to work autonomously within a team environment will be crucial for success. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, be certified as a Salesforce Administrator, and have experience with Lightning and Salesforce App development, creation and management of Flows, and Sales Cloud certification. Experience with ITIL Foundation certification or experience is desirable. This is a full-time permanent position based in Bangalore, with the opportunity to work with the Bcoe brand.
