1. Pharmacy Operations Management Supervise day-to-day pharmacy functions including dispensing, billing, and documentation. Monitor prescription accuracy and ensure adherence to hospital and regulatory standards. Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of drugs including cold-chain items. 2. Inventory & Procurement Oversee inventory control to avoid stockouts and expiries. Coordinate with the purchase/planning team for timely procurement. Monitor usage trends, control pilferage, and ensure cost-effective inventory management. 3. Team Leadership & Training Supervise junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff. Conduct training sessions on drug usage, prescription guidelines, and SOPs. Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence. 4.
