Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy for e-commerce brands across the US market
• Strategize, execute, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets, ensuring strong ROAS and profitability
• Drive full-funnel growth (acquisition, retargeting, retention) with a data-driven approach
• Oversee advanced attribution models, conversion tracking (GTM, CAPI), and performance measurement
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for creatives, landing pages, funnels, and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, product, and tech teams to improve conversion rates and LTV
• Analyze and present performance insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor junior performance marketers and set best practices
• Stay updated on platform changes, privacy regulations, and industry trends impacting US e-commerce

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong e-commerce focus
• Mandatory experience working with US-based companies or clients
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social)
• Strong experience with Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms
• Advanced understanding of GA4, attribution, tagging, pixels, GTM, and Conversion APIs
• Proven success in scaling revenue while maintaining or improving ROAS
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or programmatic platforms
• Background in DTC brands or high-growth e-commerce environment
• Experience working with US time zones and distributed teams
