We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Payroll Officer Business: HR People services Principal Responsibilities Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures Adhere TAT as per daily / monthly / quarterly / annual agreed PLAs for all Payroll Activities Provide accurate MI with Analysis/ Recommendations Ensure all the inputs are received in agreed formats Consolidate as per the agreed Timelines (PLA) All inputs received before the cut off date are uploaded with first payroll window All the account related to payroll to be reconciled and submitted before the month end. Seek feedback from customers and stakeholders on a regular basis in order to develop more effective solutions for continuous process improvements. Demonstrate a consultative approach and build effective relationships with peers and other HR professionals. Mitigate operational and financial risk by ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and controls. Requirements 2+ years proven MENA/any other regional Payroll experience Graduate in any field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be customer focused and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required Proficiency with personal computers and basic knowledge in Microsoft Applications ( Excel, Word etc) What additional skills will be good to have?
