Senior Payroll Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of payroll processes, labor laws, and data handling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple units/locations.
• Maintain and validate employee data for accuracy (new joiners, exits, transfers, salary changes, etc.).
• Ensure timely salary disbursements with accurate calculations of earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies with efficiency.
• Prepare and share payroll MIS reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), etc.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and external auditors during audits.
• File monthly/quarterly/annual returns related to payroll compliances.
• Continuously review and improve payroll systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / HR / related field.
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and compliance handling.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
