Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Payroll Management:

  • Collate and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, salary revisions, etc.) for processing.
  • Coordinate with the payrollteam or vendorto ensure accurate salary disbursements.
  • Address employee payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.

2. Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement(F&F):

  • Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring all exitformalities are completed.
  • Coordinate with finance and payrollteams for full & final settlements, including statutory deductions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for HR insights

3. Insurance & Mediclaim Intimations:

  • Notify the insurance provider about new joiners for mediclaim enrollment.
  • Ensure timely intimation of exits to remove employees from the mediclaim policy.
  • Assist employees with insurance-related queries and claim processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field - Payroll.

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software like ZOHO.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
