Job Description

Senior Paid Media Specialist

Were seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own the execution, optimization, and operations of our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, generating leads, and scaling our paid media presence, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

Execute and optimize comprehensive paid media tactics across LinkedIn,

Google/Bing Ads, and programmatic platforms.

Manage substantial monthly ad spend while maintaining and improving KPIs.

Create and optimize full-funnel campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers.

Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging.

Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years focused on paid search/paid social.

Must be certified in at least one of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Microsoft Ads. Please provide your certification when applying for this role.

Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn Ads and paid search campaigns in B2B.

Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes.

Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (GA4, GTM, etc.).

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).

Data-driven approach to optimization and budget allocation.

Additional Details:

Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
