You will be leading certain businesses with a mix of branding and performance campaigns, with the possibility of managing app campaigns as well. We are looking for smart, passionate, and experienced professionals who are eager to be part of an innovative team in a rapidly evolving industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms using native and third-party tools. - Collaborate with Account teams to translate client needs into effective campaign strategies that exceed expectations. - Develop detailed and technical reports to demonstrate campaign performance for both clients and internal use. - Manage ad tech vendors for campaign execution. - Mentor junior team members. - Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management, and operations is highly beneficial. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - 2.5 - 3+ years of experience working with media technology platforms. - Demonstrated understanding of marketing funnels and media planning. - Working knowledge of Syndicated tools such as GA, GDS, GTM, Comscore, etc. - Understanding of optimization platforms and trafficking platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc). - Strong team player with the ability to think strategically. - In-depth understanding of Meta, Google, and marketplace ecosystem. Knowledge of third-party platforms is a plus.
