Senior Oracle HCM Specialist

• Module Configuration & Support:

  Lead the design, configuration, testing, and support for the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:

  • Oracle Time and Labor (OTL):

    Manage time entry rules, approvals, and integration with Payroll.

  • Payroll:

    Oversee configuration of payroll elements, balances, processing, and legislative updates.

  • Absence Management:

    Configure absence plans, accruals, entitlements, and integration with Core HR and OTL.

  • Core HR:

    Maintain and optimize organizational structures, jobs, positions, and employee records.

  • Compensation:

    Manage compensation plans, salary basis, grades, and annual compensation cycles.

• System Analysis & Optimization:

  Act as a subject matter expert (

  SME

  ) to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system solutions and process improvements.

• Troubleshooting & Resolution:

  Provide advanced Tier 2/3 functional and technical support, troubleshooting complex issues across integrated modules.

• Testing & Deployment:

  Develop test scripts, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate the deployment of new features, patches, and quarterly updates.

• Documentation & Training:

  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration workbooks and end-user training materials.

• Minimum of

  5+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  Oracle HCM Cloud

  (Fusion) implementations, support, and optimization.
• Proven expertise in the configuration and integration of

  OTL, Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR, and Compensation

  modules.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor business processes and best practices.
• Experience with reporting tools within Oracle HCM (e.g., OTBI, BIP).
• Excellent analyti,cal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a

  remote

  setting.
• Must be eligible to work on a
