Job Description

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in
Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure and support one or more HCM modules such as:
Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, or Recruitment.
Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.
Develop functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
Conduct system testing, user training, and support during UAT and go-live.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases and features to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Must Have: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Compensation
Good to Have: Talent, Learning, ORC
