Skills Required
Must Have: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, CompensationGood to Have: Talent, Learning, ORC

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support
Oracle HCM Fusion modules
such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, and Talent Management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and design Oracle HCM solutions.
Perform system configurations, setups, testing, and data validation to meet business requirements.
Support integration of HCM modules with other enterprise systems (ERP, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
Develop reports and analytics using
OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
.
Provide day-to-day support for issue resolution, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Assist in upgrades, patches, and new release functionality testing.
