Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 15 years of experience in ORACLE HCM - FUNCTIONAL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM and excellent functional knowledge.

• Manage and implement Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle HCM.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM implementation.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with other systems.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
