Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior OPT Recruiter based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B, and other candidates using various platforms, managing recruitment pipelines, and building relationships with candidates. Additionally, the Senior OPT Recruiter will screen, assess, and place professionals with desirable employers while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. work authorization types (OPT, CPT, H1B) and visa processing policies.
• Proficiency in developing and leveraging various sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to maintain candidate relationships.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; passionate about driving talent strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
