Job Description

  • Experience:

    5-10 years of proven, hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a specific focus on OPT/CPT hiring and H1B transfers.
  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of the US staffing process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and legal employment regulations.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals/sourcing tools.

Problem-Solving:

  • Comfortable working in night shift
  • MINIMUM 5 TO 10 YEARS experience marketing OPT/CPT Candidates (Must Have)
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills
  • Need to recruit OPT/CPT

    , H1,

    GC and GC EAD
  • Need to have good convincing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, OPT portals and LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience in recruiting H1B transfers/EAD's and independent contractors.
