Requirements Who We're Looking For

Experience That Counts

• 2-7 years of hands-on experience in

  Operations, Business Support, or Client Success

• Preferred backgrounds:

  eCommerce, Consulting, Automation, IT Services, Imports

Tech-Savvy & Tools-Ready

• Strong working knowledge of

  Zoho CRM, HubSpot, ClickUp, Airtable

• Bonus: Experience with tools like

  Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or project automation platforms

Global Mindset & MNC Readiness

• Prior exposure to

  international clients, remote teams

  , or USA-based companies is a plus
• Comfortable working in a

  SOPs, checklists, and systemized operations workflows

• Track record of contributing to
