Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This Position will lead & manage IT Operations, Infrastructure and IT Support. This role will be responsible for maintaining and securing our IT environment, providing hands-on technical support, and managing external vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, corporate endpoint management, and IT service management.

Preferred candidate profile

4-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, and administration.
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
Strong networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Experience with IT service desk management and user support.
Knowledge of IT security, endpoint management, and data backup solutions.
Experience of migration of IT infrastructure support from outsourced service provider to in-house team.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools.

Certifications :

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (for Microsoft 365 & Azure AD)
CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (for network management)
CompTIA Security+, CISSP etc..
ITIL Foundation (for service desk management)
