Responsibilities

1To ensure Preventive Maintenance of all Utilities like Chillers, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors & Lifts is done as per schedule in SAP & maintain the record of same.2To ensure Validation of Compressed Air is performed as per schedule.3To ensure all the utility related breakdowns are attended promptly, minimizing the impact on production loss.4To ensure uninterrupted supply of all utilities in plant & process areas.5To check & comply with all Engineering related Legal Compliances.6To prepare and present all utility consumption reports & data for MIS, KPI on daily, monthly & yearly basis.7Responsible for effective implementation of CAPEX, New Modifications / Continual Improvements / Energy Saving Concepts.8Design, Installation & Commissioning of all Green & Brown field Projects of Utilities, Engineering.9Monitoring & maintaining the procurement process; creation of PR, follow ups for PO, scheduled material delivery, Vendor’s payment etc.10To prepare & monitor SOPs, Protocols, Checklists & others documents as per requirement.
