Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day administrative and corporate secretarial support to the Lux Fund CS & Cosec team (FCS) at IQEQ India. Your main tasks will include ensuring compliance with all company law and contractual requirements, handling various administration processes of complex clients, and building partnerships with Operation teams in Luxembourg. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing core processes, conducting ad hoc works, and meeting all client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide corporate secretarial support to the Lux Fund CS & Cosec team in accordance with the agreed scope of services - Act as a point of contact for daily operations on complex clients - Assist with the audit process and attend board and shareholders meetings - Finalize board minutes and prepare complex board packs - Review board minutes of more junior team members - Prepare and review various related documents such as RCS, RBO, UBO, and bank account opening forms - Conduct/review Compliance File Review (CFRs) of Client files - Assist in client onboarding processes - Ensure prompt follow-up and timely execution of requests from the Lux FCS team - Coordinate deliverables for a sub-team and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Acquire knowledge to become a specialist in designated clients" requirements - Follow all procedures, rules, laws, regulations, and checklists to minimize risk to IQEQ Qualifications Required: - Holds a bachelor's degree in law or a similar field and is a qualified Company Secretary - Has at least 6 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law - Conversant with corporate secretarial practices, especially in Funds and Special-Purpose Vehicles - Experience in private equity/real estate markets and knowledge of different fund structures and vehicles - Actual work experience in board governance and corporate secretarial functions - Proficient in e-mail, word processing, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant applications - Fluent in English - Desired: Experience in Financial Services or Shared Services office environment, multinational office environment, corporate secretary role in other jurisdictions, fluency in French Please let me know if you need any further information.,
