As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Technical Services Implementation Engineering team to handle configurations, installations, and break/fix events that are less complex in nature. Your role will involve owning portions of installations, incidents, and problem management, while collaborating with the team to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the ability to take ownership of installations, incidents, and problem management. - Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfill client requirements. - Provide second-line telephonic support under guidance to customers. - Handle less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Knowledge and Attributes: - Basic understanding of technical design principles. - Ability to grasp fundamental project management and administration processes. - Strong learning orientation. - Good verbal communication skills. - Client service orientation. - Proactive hands-on approach. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field. - Specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent. Required Experience: - Some work experience in technical implementation engineering or a similar role.
