As an Oil & Gas Upstream Consultant, you will be responsible for the growth of our Business and Technology Consulting services for the Oil & Gas and Renewables sector globally. We are looking for an experienced individual with 2-8 years of experience in the Energy industry, specifically in Upstream Data Management and/or ESG domains. Your responsibilities will include working with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams, developing deep knowledge of the Oil and Gas and Energy market trends, and leading and delivering projects in collaboration with senior leadership across the globe. You will also be expected to drive the growth of individual Oil & Gas accounts, identify proactive opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning and business development activities. To be successful in this role, you must have deep domain expertise in Oil and Gas Upstream, experience in data analysis and interpretation, and a strong understanding of Subsurface, Wells, and Seismic Data solutions. Additionally, you should possess excellent business communication and presentation skills, client interaction experience, and a background in Business/Technology Consulting, preferably with a leading consulting firm. Your educational background should ideally include a Graduate/BE-B.Tech degree, preferably in an Energy/Petroleum-related field, along with an MBA or a relevant Management Degree/Diploma. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Petrel, and Tableau will be advantageous, as well as a hunger to innovate and drive new solutions in the Energy industry.
