Key Responsibilities

• Engage in network design and implementation across enterprise environments.
• Deliver technical presales support including solution architecture, presentations, product demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) and solution documents using tools like IRIS.
• Design and deploy secure network access solutions using Aruba ClearPass (802.1x, AAA, Guest, BYOD, Device Profiling).
• Configure and manage Aruba Wireless Controllers (WLC-7010) and APs (515, 505, 215, 220).
• Manage and monitor wireless networks via Aruba AirWave and Aruba Central.
• Design and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching (2911, 6509, 4311, 2960, 3750, SG-300).
• Configure and support Cisco Wireless infrastructure and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Optimize network performance through troubleshooting, assessments, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer goals.
• Lead project delivery, stakeholder communication, and client satisfaction for presales engagements.
• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable networking solutions.
