We are looking for an experienced senior IT executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on firewall security and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with firewalls like Sophos, Checkpoint, and Fortigate, along with Wi-Fi technologies such as Aruba and Unifi. Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and maintain firewall systems (Sophos, Checkpoint, Fortigate)
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi solutions (Aruba, Unifi)
Support IT infrastructure including servers, switches, and access points
Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues
Ensure system updates, patch management, and data backups
Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure or support experience
Hands-on experience with firewalls and Wi-Fi systems
Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
Certifications like Sophos or Fortinet will be a plus
