Key Responsibilities

Network Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructure.
  
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot

  Meraki

  devices to ensure optimal uptime and stability.
• Manage

  FortiGate Firewalls

  , including rule setup, security policies, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Execute

  site activations

  and

  link implementations

  , ensuring seamless connectivity during expansions and migrations.
• Work closely with vendors for equipment procurement, managed services, and contract management.
  
• Lead end-to-end network projects—from planning and design to deployment—aligned with business requirements.
  
• Utilize

  SolarWinds

  for proactive network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Zscaler

  products including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Knowledge of

  Microsoft Teams Voice

  , including SBC configuration, call routing, and licensing.
• Familiarity with

  fax-to-mail

  services and cloud-based enterprise voice systems.
