Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer at L3 Level to lead a small team of L3 engineers and take ownership of complex network issues, architecture design, and escalations. You should be highly skilled in routing protocols, firewalls, and network optimization and have experience managing or mentoring a technical team. Your responsibilities will include leading and guiding a team of L3 network engineers, designing, deploying, and maintaining a robust network infrastructure, handling L3-level troubleshooting and escalations, configuring enterprise-level routers, firewalls, and switches, managing network monitoring and fault resolution, collaborating with other teams to enhance network reliability and security, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for network upgrades. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in L3 Network Engineering, a strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN, NAT, ACLs, and QoS, experience in team management or mentorship, proficiency with enterprise firewalls and network monitoring tools, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and documentation skills. Preferred certifications include CCNP (mandatory) and CCIE / Fortinet NSE / Palo Alto PCNSE (preferred).
