Senior Systems & Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain

  Windows Server

  environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services, etc.).
• Configure and troubleshoot

  network infrastructure

  – switches, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.), and VPN.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage

  cloud infrastructure

  on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Handle

  security operations

  , including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide

  technical support

  and

  solutions to end-users and clients

  , both remotely and on-site when needed.
• Implement and manage

  backup & disaster recovery solutions

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies relevant to cloud, networking, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in

  IT infrastructure management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows Server Administration

  , AD, and networking protocols.
• Proven experience with

  firewalls, security protocols

  , and

  network troubleshooting

  .
• Hands-on with

  cloud platforms

  : AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience in client-facing roles –

  excellent verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Certification(s) such as

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect

  ,

  Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

  ,

  CCNA/CCNP

  , or

  CompTIA Security+

  would be a plus
