About the Role

.NET Developer / Tech Lead


This role requires not only strong technical proficiency but also leadership qualities to take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery. The candidate must be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality software in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full lifecycle software development: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Interface with product stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope.
  • Take ownership of features and lead technical discussions and implementation.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET and C#.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL and MongoDB).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
  • Open RFCs and handle application deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and support production issues related to developed components.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively contribute in meetings.


Required Skills

  • Primary Technologies:

    .NET, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, JavaScript

  • Experience:

    Minimum 11–12 years of hands-on development experience.

  • Leadership:

    At least 1–2 years of experience leading development initiatives or teams.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and software design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale systems in finance or regulatory domains.
