Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead

You are a highly experienced and hands-on Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead sought to join the GAITS application team within the GRCT division. Your deep technical expertise should include .NET, C#, SQL (MSSQL), MongoDB, and JavaScript, enabling you to lead initiatives from conception to deployment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle software development, from design to testing to deployment and support. You will interface with product stakeholders to clarify requirements, take ownership of features, and lead technical discussions and implementation. Your ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code is crucial, utilizing .NET and C#, and working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL and MongoDB). Participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, you will also open RFCs, handle application deployments, troubleshoot and support production issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Your role requires a minimum of 1112 years of hands-on development experience and at least 12 years of experience leading development initiatives or teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a self-driven and responsible approach, are essential traits for success. Nice to have are experiences in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines, as well as familiarity with enterprise-scale systems in finance or regulatory domains.,
