Senior Monitoring and Tools Architect-Remote

We are looking for experience Senior monitoring and Tools Architect to support our US team via remote.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the client’s current monitoring, observability, and automation ecosystem and determine the strategy for migration, re-implementation, or replacement.
• Define the future-state architecture aligned with scalability, reliability, and business separation requirements.

· Perform gap analyses and deliver modernization recommendations

Monitoring & Operations Platform Expertise

· Architect and optimize monitoring solutions using:

o ThousandEyes

o LiveActionNX / LiveNX

o SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, SAM, etc.)

· CMDB / Inventory systems (ServiceNow or equivalent)

Requirements:

· 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring, observability, automation, and network architecture roles

· Strong technical expertise with:

o ThousandEyes

o LiveActionNX / LiveNX

o SolarWinds suite

o CMDB/Inventory systems

· Advanced automation experience using Ansible, Python, or equivalent.

· Proven experience integrating monitoring and observability platforms with network management solutions (e.g., Cisco ACI).

· Ability to assess complex enterprise environments and build actionable tooling migration strategies.

· Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, protocols, and operational workflows.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

· Experience supporting M&A, divestiture, or business separation programs.

· Knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB best practices, and event correlation methods.

· Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, SolarWinds SCP, etc.) are a plus
