Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MIS Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic IT Services and Consulting team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Management Information Systems (MIS) and will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our MIS infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement MIS strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of MIS systems to meet organizational needs.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Generate comprehensive reports to support business operations and strategic planning.

Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc., to visualize data and track key performance indicators.

Lead and mentor a team of MIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems (MIS).

Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT Services and Consulting domain.

Experience in data analysis, report generation, and dashboard creation.

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
