Job Title: Senior / Mid-Level Accounts Executive (Export & Documentation Specialist)

Location: Gurgaon / within 30-40 km radius (candidates must be local or willing to relocate)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts / Export Documentation Specialist with 10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing & exporting facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling export bills, documentation, regulatory compliance, and should be based in or near Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle of export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export licenses, etc.
  • Prepare, check and process export bills to ensure accuracy with export regulations and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders / shipping agents / customs / regulatory bodies to ensure timely clearance and shipment.
  • Liaison with banks for export finance, letters of credit (LC), insurance, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and ensure that documentation audit trails are intact.
  • Reconcile export records with accounting books; ensure export-related entries are properly posted.
  • Handle queries related to export documentation, shipping delays, or regulatory / customs issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in export operations.
  • Support internal process improvements in export & accounting workflows.
  • Report to senior management about export documentation performance, delays, non-compliance issues, etc.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing & export operations / facility.
  • Strong knowledge of export bills & documentation, regulatory compliance, customs & shipping formalities.
  • Proficient in banking procedures related to exports (e.g. LC, payment collections, export credit).
  • Good working knowledge of ERP/accounting software, MS Excel etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in coordinating with internal teams and external regulators / agents.
  • Based in Gurgaon or ready to relocate; candidates coming from farther than 30-40 km must be willing to relocate.

Additional Requirements

  • Gender: Male candidates only
  • Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (in-hand)
  • Working Hours / Office Attendance: On-site, full time as per company schedule.
