Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a senior member, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-performance solutions that meet business goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Lead architecture discussions and help make decisions that improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and technical support. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Integrate third-party APIs and data sources. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define and deliver new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications and resolve production issues. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong focus on MERN stack. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies. Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with server-side frameworks such as Node.js and Express.js. Strong experience with MongoDB (including schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of version control tools, especially Git. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in agile software development methodologies. Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus. Familiarity with TypeScript and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Show more Show less
