Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including procurement, category management, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role involves collaborating with vendors, analyzing consumer demand, monitoring trends, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The Senior Merchandiser will also ensure that product quality standards are met and that inventory levels match company objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams, and provide exceptional support.
Sales and Retail experience with a focus on achieving targets, increasing product visibility, and understanding buyer behavior.
Knowledge in Marketing to promote products, analyze market trends, and develop strategies for merchandise promotion.
Ability to manage inventory, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
