As a Merchandiser at our Corporate Office in Viman Nagar, Pune, your primary responsibilities will include: - Communicating with Export and Domestic Buyers for new orders and repeat orders. - Coordinating internally with the Design Team and PD team for sampling. - Preparing and obtaining approval for samples. - Handling costing and PO tracking meticulously. - Booking orders in SAP and creating TNA. - Approving Trims Artwork and liaising with suppliers and internal teams. - Collaborating with Plant personnel for PPM and order follow-up. - Ensuring end-to-end follow-up with customers and Plant team. - Providing timely updates to Buyers through WIP Reports to ensure Buyer Satisfaction. - Coordinating with logistics for shipping details and dispatch priorities. - Following up till dispatch to ensure the right quantity and quality reach the destination on time. - Reconciling orders accurately. Qualifications required for this role include: - B. Tech in Textiles or any graduate with relevant experience in Merchandising. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to exhibit the following behaviours and competencies: - Strong skills in multiple stakeholder management and coordination. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.,
