You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Communicating with Export and Domestic Buyers for new orders and repeat orders. - Liaising internally with the Design Team and Product Development team for sampling. - Preparing and obtaining approval for samples. - Handling costing aspects. - Tracking purchase orders (PO) and conducting thorough checks. - Booking orders in SAP. - Creating TNA (Time and Action) plans. - Approving trims artwork and coordinating with suppliers, team, and buyers. - Addressing Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) with plant personnel and following up on orders with the relevant plant personnel. - Coordinating with customers and the plant team throughout the entire process. - Keeping buyers updated by sharing Work in Progress (WIP) reports and ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery for buyer satisfaction. - Providing shipping details to logistics, following up, and prioritizing dispatches with the necessary information for logistics to take action. - Ensuring the dispatch of the right quantity with the right quality, at the right time, and to the right destination. - Reconciling orders. Required Competencies: - Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.,
