Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, vertical regulations, and Pay Per Call standards.
7+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation & Pay Per Call (PPC) campaign management.
Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Call Conversion, and profitability frameworks.
Advanced hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads
Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, etc.)
Call-tracking & attribution tools: RedTrack, Everflow, Ringba, Hyros, CallRail, etc.
Strong experience with attribution modelling, call routing, IVR logic, and analytics platforms.
Sharp analytical skills with the ability to read data, derive insights, and execute rapid optimizations.
Ability to manage high budgets with accountability, ownership, and strategic thinking.
