· Lead the mechanical design for major projects and oversee the work of junior engineers.
· Prepare and supervise designs for:
o HVAC systems (Chilled Water, DX Systems, VRF, etc.)
o Plumbing & Drainage systems
o Firefighting systems
o Mechanical equipment selection and sizing
o Heat load calculations and pressure drop calculations
· Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other project teams.
· Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical proposals.
· Assist in tender preparation and technical evaluations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
· Gulf-return candidates preferred (but not mandatory).
