Generate and maintain MIS reports for sales, dispatch, complaints, and performance tracking.

Minimum

Qualification

Graduate or MBA Marketing or (any specialization)

Experience

5+ Years

Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)

Basic understanding of engineering principles familiarity with billing and

documentation processes

Basic Knowledge compliance

Proficient in MS Office and relevant software

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic Knowledge SAP (Business One)

Problem-solving attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Strong organizational skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn

Primary Responsibilities

/ Accountabilities (What to do in this job?)

Coordinate with fabricators Pan India for order confirmations and dispatch

planning.

Ensure timely order processing and follow-up with logistics for dispatch and

delivery tracking.

Generate and maintain MIS reports for sales, dispatch, complaints, and

performance tracking.

Support planning of quarterly schemes, budgets, and discounts based on data

analysis.

Assist in developing SOPs and improving team efficiency.

Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by the senior engineer or department head
