Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our ProV team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategy Development:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design cohesive marketing strategies.
  1. Campaign Management:

  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing efforts.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  1. Content Marketing:

  • Create and manage engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative development.
  1. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor and report on performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  1. Advertising:

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, posters, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.




Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 yrs of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.
  • Good understanding on designing posters and thumbnails.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
