Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location:- Jharkhand

Experience: Minimum 10 years in healthcare marketing or a related field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Conduct regular field visits to develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.
• Plan and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with the hospital’s goals and KPIs.
• Prepare and present regular reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Monitor and analyze performance through systems such as KRA, KPI, and SOP frameworks.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies to run and evaluate online campaigns.
• Maintain and update records related to leads, outreach, and conversion tracking via CRM.
• Build brand awareness in the local market through events, health camps, and targeted outreach.
• Represent the hospital professionally in community and industry events.

Requirements & Skill

• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report generation
• Working knowledge of CRM software and online marketing platforms
• Familiar with KPI/KRA/SOP frameworks
• Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and English
• Mobility: Must have own bike or vehicle and be willing to travel locally for fieldwork

Salary - 50k to 60k with CTC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
